I often find Kew a bit manicured for my tastes but it always impresses nevertheless.
150 plants memorised and correctly identified, 3 planting plans, 1 grand garden design, several tree plantings and many, many plant cutting and propagations all paid off... certificate in Practical Horticultural Skills (Level 2 City & Guilds) from Capel Manor Gardens now in place! Gravel garden planting completed this morning. I love the colours our client has chosen. My favourite here is the Solanum 'Venus', which I would not have have picked out myself in a nursery but it works so well adjacent to the rocks here.
